I am in network with Aetna, United, Cigna, and Oscar. If I am not in-network with your insurance, super-bills can be provided and submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. I am happy to walk you through this process and help in any way that I can. I am licensed to see patients in New York and CT. There are some states without licensure laws that allow for nutrition counseling without licensure. Some examples of these states include New Jersey, Michigan and Virginia.
Services, billing & insurance
Initial counseling appointments are 60 minutes in length, and cost $225. Followup counseling appointments are 45 minutes in length, and cost $175.
Most insurance companies will cover nutrition counseling services at 100%. This will depend on the diagnosis, as well as the type of plan you have.
