I am in network with Aetna, United, Cigna, and Oscar. If I am not in-network with your insurance, super-bills can be provided and submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. I am happy to walk you through this process and help in any way that I can. I am licensed to see patients in New York, Connecticut, Florida, & Illinois. There are some states without licensure laws that allow for nutrition counseling without licensure. Some examples of these states include New Jersey, Michigan and Virginia.
Services, billing & insurance
Initial counseling appointments are 60 minutes in length, and cost $225. Followup counseling appointments are 50 minutes in length, and cost $175.
Most insurance companies will cover nutrition counseling services at 100%. This will depend on the diagnosis, as well as the type of plan you have.
